Material of pp woven bag:
Pp woven bag's base material is made of pp woven fabric (which is made from polypropylene), and then laminate with opp film. Can also be two sides laminated. This process makes the pp woven bag more durable and also you can clear the inside of the bag very easily. The fabric weight of pp woven bag ranges from 120gsm to 180gsm. Can even more if you think it’s necessary.
Reinforce sewing on the pp woven bag:
Because pp woven bag always work with heavy loading, the sewing will be a little different. There must be “X” stitching on handles. Furthermore, turn back the piping and sew over.

PP woven bag printing:
CMYK printing (4 color process), or according to given pantone code. It also workable with silk screen printing after plain laminated.
PP woven bag printing cost:
Only printing plate cost involved. Take above bag’s size for example: The plate cost is 420 USD (CMYK full color printing on front and back side). There will be more cost if the design requires pantone color, or there is design on the gusset (depth).
